Before billing

This website takes no payment automatically. A plan, scope and billing date are confirmed before activation.

Cancellation

Request cancellation before the next renewal by emailing [email protected]. It normally takes effect at the end of the paid period.

Refund requests

Provide the account email, invoice reference and reason. We provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.

Statutory rights

Nothing here limits consumer guarantees or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.
